Engineered Wood Floor Scratch Repair
This repair involved deep scratches across a section of engineered wood flooring in a residential property. The scratches were caused by moving furniture without protective pads and cut through the surface coating into the wood layer. The Damage
Multiple deep scratches across a section of dark walnut engineered wood flooring covering approximately 1 square metre. The scratches cut through the surface coating and into the wood layer beneath.
The Repair
Each scratch was filled and colour matched using specialist wood repair compound blended to the dark walnut tone. The repaired area was polished to restore the original finish. Completed in a single visit with no need to replace any boards.
